You may be here because something in your life feels difficult, confusing, or out of balance. Whether you’re navigating a recent challenge, carrying the weight of past experiences, or simply sensing that something isn’t quite right, you don’t have to face it alone.
 

I am a fully qualified psychotherapist and counsellor offering a compassionate, supportive space to explore whatever has brought you here, at your own pace. I work integratively and relationally, tailoring therapy to your unique needs, experiences, and goals. Sessions may include talking therapy, grounding or somatic work, reframing, or experiential approaches—always shaped around what feels most helpful for you. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship, as I believe meaningful healing happens within a safe, attuned connection.
 

I specialise in working with women of all ages and young girls (13+), supporting challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, body image, self-esteem, attachment issues, and relational difficulties. I offer a respectful, non-judgemental space where you can feel heard, understood, and gently supported to grow, heal, and create lasting change.
 

Therapy with me can be short- or long-term, depending on what feels right for you. I also offer a free 15-minute phone consultation so you can ask questions and see whether we’re a good fit.

My Therapy Cabin

My therapy room is in a detached and peaceful setting within my back garden. There is a large driveway for clients to park at the front of my property and direct access to the room via the back gate.
